Bone Broth
2-3 lbs organic beef bones, or a chicken carcass (w/ joints + marrow)
1 medium onion, quartered
2 carrots, roughly chopped
2 celery stalks, roughly chopped
3 cloves garlic, smashed
2” knob of fresh ginger, sliced
2” knob of fresh turmeric, or 1 tsp of ground turmeric
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 bay leaf
8-10 cups filtered water
Sea salt + ground pepper, to taste
Optional: handful fresh parsley
