Bone Broth

  • 2-3 lbs organic beef bones, or a chicken carcass (w/ joints + marrow)

  • 1 medium onion, quartered

  • 2 carrots, roughly chopped

  • 2 celery stalks, roughly chopped

  • 3 cloves garlic, smashed

  • 2” knob of fresh ginger, sliced

  • 2” knob of fresh turmeric, or 1 tsp of ground turmeric

  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 bay leaf

  • 8-10 cups filtered water

  • Sea salt + ground pepper, to taste

  • Optional: handful fresh parsley
