Stress-Soothing Chamomile + Lavender Latte

  • 1 chamomile tea bag, or 1 tbsp dried chamomile flowers

  • 1/2 tsp dried culinary lavender, or 1-2 fresh sprigs

  • 1 cup hot water

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened milk of choice

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of cinnamon

  • Optional: 1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup
