3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground paprika
Sea salt + black ground pepper, to taste
Tahini-Lemon Drizzle
3 tbsp tahini
Juice of 1 lemon
1 small clove of garlic, grated or pressed
2-3 tbsp warm water, to thin
Sea salt, to taste
Optional: 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
