Hummus

  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained + rinsed

  • 2 tbsp tahini

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 1 clove garlic, roasted

  • 1/2 tsp cumin

  • Sea salt to taste

  • 2-3 tbsp water (to thin to desired texture)
