Match Bliss Balls

  • 1 cup raw cashews, or almonds

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

  • 2 tbsp almond butter, or cashew butter

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or raw honey

  • 1-1/2 tsp high-quality matcha powder (plus more for dusting)

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • Optional: 1 tsp maca powder (for hormone balance + mood), and/or 1 tbsp hemp seeds (for omega-3s + texture)
