1 cup raw cashews, or almonds
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
2 tbsp almond butter, or cashew butter
2 tbsp maple syrup or raw honey
1-1/2 tsp high-quality matcha powder (plus more for dusting)
1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
