Roasted Root Vegetable Bowl
Deeply pigmented, fiber-rich roots that work with your body's natural detox system — not against it.
Not just great for Lymphatic drainage support, but for a whole-body detox.
Your lymphatic system needs more than movement to do its job well. What you eat directly impacts how efficiently your body clears waste, manages inflammation + keeps fluid moving. This roasted bowl is built around some of the most powerful root vegetables for lymphatic support — simple ingredients, serious function.
Roasted Root Vegetable Bowl
2 medium beets, peeled + sliced into rounds
3 large carrots, cut into spears
2 medium parsnips, cut into wedges
2 medium yellow potatoes, cut into wedges
3 green onions, thinly sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Optional: fresh thyme or rosemary before roasting
Method Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss all root vegetables in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet — do not crowd. Roast 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway, until caramelized and tender. Finish with fresh green onion.
