1 cup raw almonds
1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
1/4 cup rolled oats
2 tbsp chia seeds, or hemp seeds
1 tbsp cacao powder, or maca powder
1/2 tsp ground cardamom
Pinch of cinnamon, for warmth
1-2 tsp coconut oil, or water, as needed
1 tbsp tahini, or almonds butter, for richness
Zest of 1 orange, for brightness
Pinch sea salt
Optional: roll in coconut, matcha, or cacao, for finish
