Almond + Date Energy Bites w/ Cardamom

  • 1 cup raw almonds

  • 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds, or hemp seeds

  • 1 tbsp cacao powder, or maca powder

  • 1/2 tsp ground cardamom

  • Pinch of cinnamon, for warmth

  • 1-2 tsp coconut oil, or water, as needed

  • 1 tbsp tahini, or almonds butter, for richness

  • Zest of 1 orange, for brightness

  • Pinch sea salt

  • Optional: roll in coconut, matcha, or cacao, for finish
