Lemon Balm + Honey Steamer

  • 2 cups water

  • 1 large handful fresh lemon balm leaves, or 2 tsp dried

  • 2 lemon slices

  • 1 tsp raw honey

  • Tiny pinch sea salt, for mineral balance

  • Optional: a few mint leaves (for brightness), slices of fresh ginger (for warmth), splash of milk, or milk alternative (for creaminess), and/or dust of cinnamon (for coziness)
