Lemon Balm + Honey Steamer
2 cups water
1 large handful fresh lemon balm leaves, or 2 tsp dried
2 lemon slices
1 tsp raw honey
Tiny pinch sea salt, for mineral balance
Optional: a few mint leaves (for brightness), slices of fresh ginger (for warmth), splash of milk, or milk alternative (for creaminess), and/or dust of cinnamon (for coziness)
