Golden Milk
1 cup whole milk (or milk of choice)
1 teaspoon turmeric powder (or freshly grated turmeric root)
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
Pinch of ground black pepper
Sweetener of choice (honey, maple syrup)
Optional: 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, small knob of ghee or a small amount of butter (for richness)
