  • 1 tbsp tamari, or low-sodium soy sauce

  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 1 tsp rice vinegar

  • 1/2 cup vegetable broth, or water

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup


Jasmine Rice

  • 1 cup jasmine rice, rinsed

  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced, to finish

  • Optional: sesame seeds, to finish
