  • 1 lb green beans, or haircuts verts, trimmed

  • 1 small bunch lacinato kale, thinly sliced

  • 2 shallots, thinly sliced

  • 2 tbsp olive oil + more for drizzle

  • Sea salt + ground black pepper, to taste

  • Optional: 1 tsp sesame oil


Lemon Miso Dressing
